Hello everyone! I’m an Educator, Singer-Songwriter and Writer born on Terceira Island, in the Azores, Portugal.
I absolutely love teaching, mentoring, coaching, advising, tutoring, and helping each student and client succeed! My life mission is to inspire others to be who they are, and to not be afraid to follow their dreams! I believe that the arts are the most original reflection of our essence, the most powerful tool to inspire self-expression and to make the World a better place!
I write, compose, record, and perform original songs in different languages. I perform solo and also perform and collaborate with other musicians and producers.
I have owned and operated Bettencourt Music Studio since 2000, where I teach, mentor, coach, advise, and tutor students and offer Music & Language lessons and workshops in Voice, Piano, Guitar, ESL, Portuguese & Spanish in-person and online. I also provide Life Coaching services with a special focus on health, wellness, and lifestyle.
