Hey Everyone! My name is Bill Collins. I started playing guitar when I was 13, and my passion for music eventually led to a wide-ranging career in the music industry. I’ve performed in a number of bands, where I was the songwriter, producer, and engineer. This led to recording and mixing countless artists in a number of different genres.
From 2003-2017, I taught audio and music production at the Institute of Production & Recording in Minneapolis, and after moving to Los Angeles, I became a course director at the Los Angeles Recording School, where I designed and taught several courses, from Music Production to Music Theory and Music Business.
I currently work as a composer for Sonic Beat Records, a subsidiary of Universal Production Music, which supplies music to major television networks around the globe.
And lastly, I’m the Head of Marketing for GPU Audio, a music technology company that is delivering next-generation audio standards for audio processing and music production.
