FRIDAY, JUNE 21, 2019 | WORLDWIDE; DOWNTOWN MADISON
Brix Coworking & Eleven Music Career Center are teaming up to host performances by Madison-area musicians as part of the Make Music Madison city-wide, one day, summer solstice music event, held on Friday June 21, 2019.
Enjoy live music all day throughout the city at various locations, but be sure to stop by the Brix & Eleven stage located at the top of Carroll Street between Ian’s Pizza and the Wisconsin Veteran’s Museum (or in case of rain, inside the Brix Events space on the 10th floor of their building at 30 West Mifflin Street).
JULY 1, 2019 | BRIX EVENTS - MEETING & EVENT VENUE
While Madison has its share of music events, it doesn't necessarily have a lot of opportunities for musicians to network with each other on a personal and business level in a quieter "music-less" setting. Our networking event is here to change that!
Join us for the first ever Madison Musicians' Networking Happy Hour on July 1st from 5-8pm at Brix Events on the Capitol Square (top of State Street). Get to know your fellow musicians, how you might be able to collaborate and join forces in your journey to become a full-time working career musician!
We encourage attendees to bring business cards and perhaps CDs or digital players to share your music. We will have a separate room available for music sharing listening sessions (if the conversations you are having calls for an audible way to share your craft).
